Chateau Yaldara

A grand riverside winery estate at Lyndoch combining a heritage mansion, sweeping gardens and a contemporary cellar door.

Originally built in the 1940s on the ruins of an old flour mill beside the North Para River, Chateau Yaldara is one of the more theatrical settings in the southern Barossa. The estate pairs its ornate mansion and manicured grounds with a modern tasting experience, pouring a range of Barossa and Eden Valley wines.

It's a popular stop for those entering the valley from the Adelaide side, and the gardens make it a fine place to slow down between cellar doors. Tastings range from casual flights to more structured premium experiences.
