Sons of Eden

A respected cellar door in the cool Eden Valley pouring powerful old-vine Shiraz and Riesling from one of the Barossa's highest corners.

Founded by two friends who learned their craft in the vineyards of Henschke and beyond, Sons of Eden specialises in the elevated, slower-ripening fruit of the Eden Valley. Expect taut, age-worthy Riesling alongside dense, structured Shiraz and Grenache that show the cooler-climate side of the Barossa story.

The cellar door, in a converted stone building, is low-key and serious about its wine without being stuffy. It's a worthwhile stop for anyone wanting to understand why the Eden Valley sits apart from the warmer valley floor.
